PISB at Dual Use Innovation Day – 13th Droniada Challenge 2026

As the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems (PISB), we were part of the important Dual Use Innovation Day during this year’s 13th Droniada Challenge.

Droniada is an absolutely unique event related to the Polish UAV industry. It is here – during the annual engineering competition, now in its 13th year – that students and passionate young people engage in direct, technical competition in collaboration with the Polish Armed Forces, the Fire Service and large businesses.

As the Chamber representing Polish employers in the UAV industry, we extend our deepest appreciation to Sławomir Kosieliński – the organizer and main driving force behind the entire event from the very beginning. We thank him for his substantive integration and for motivating our entire community to act and continuously improve.

During this year’s event, PISB also presented a strong market perspective. PISB Vice President Justyna Siekierczak, as part of the business community’s contribution to building a healthy, strong economy and enhancing the country’s capabilities in the unmanned domain, delivered the opening speech, entitled “A Concession Is Not a Dragon, and a Prototype Is Not a Product. A Military Drone Supplier’s Examination of Conscience”.
