Robert Fintak
President of The Board
Polish entrepreneur, executive, and expert with over 20 years of experience in business, security, and emerging technologies. He serves as President of the Management Board of Terra Hexen and is the founder of Terra Robotics. He specializes in unmanned and autonomous systems, counter-UAS (C-UAS) technologies, robotics, and critical infrastructure protection.
Since 2022, he has served as President of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems (PISB) and is currently in his third term. In this role, he represents Poland’s unmanned systems sector and fosters cooperation with public administration, industry, academia, and international partners.
Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he has been actively involved in initiatives related to the supply of unmanned systems and the analysis of their operational use in real-world conflict conditions. He applies this experience to the development of new technologies, with a particular focus on rapid adaptation, information advantage, and supply chain resilience.
He is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management at Lodz University of Technology and a lecturer at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, where he focuses on security aspects of unmanned technologies.
He holds an MBA from Kozminski University and is a graduate of the National Defence Academy and the European Academy of Diplomacy. In 2014, he was awarded the title of VIP Graduate of the University of Lodz. He is actively engaged in developing international cooperation within Poland’s unmanned systems sector, particularly in dual-use technologies, robotics, autonomous systems, and security.
In recognition of his professional and public service, he was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland.

Justyna Siekierczak

Co-founder and CEO of aeroMind sp. z o.o., sp.k. distributor of drones and sensors in Poland and Eastern Europe. Introduced to the market, among others, a solution for measuring air pollution from the Atmon FL drone and an innovative information system supporting the search for missing person SARUAV. Long-time exclusive distributor of Yuneec drones along with Yuneec Academy training network and repair service. She has built a broad business perspective in the market and public opinion research sector, President of CBS Ultex Ankieter sp. z o.o. Member of the team of CSR experts of the National Chamber of Commerce with academic experience. Participant and speaker of countless UAV industry conferences and trade shows. On a daily basis, he manages a team of high-class aeroMind specialists. In order for drones to be used by business and uniformed services in their daily work, helping to perform tasks of search, surveillance, and ensuring safety from the air – together they prepare product solutions and implement projects in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Mariusz Naumienko

Co-founder and CEO of IWING Sp. z o.o., an entrepreneur and aviation enthusiast since always, a former test pilot for drones (weighing up to 150 kg), co-founder of the Polish Chamber of Unmanned Systems, author of numerous publications about drones, initiator and founder of one of the oldest start-ups in Poland in the unmanned systems industry.
In its activities, he focuses on the operation and use of innovative technologies, including drones, in many areas, including: geodesy, construction, infrastructure, precision agriculture.

Radosław Zych
Member of The Board
Co-owner of Akademia UAV sp. z o. o., specializing in UAV implementations in companies, institutions and services. He has been using/working with drones since 2012. An examiner of the Aviation Examination Commission of the Civil Aviation Authority since 2015. Former test pilot qualified to fly UAVs weighing up to 150 kg, with VLOS/BVLOS/INS qualifications. Member of the team approved for the first BVLOS flights without separate airspace in Europe. University lecturer, surveyor by profession. Member of the board of the Polish Paragliding Association.

Robert Konopczak

Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DRON.edu.pl, responsible for operational safety, the development of training processes, and the management of teams of instructors and specialists.
Founder and owner of dRoneBase, a company specialising in the use of unmanned aircraft systems in engineering applications, technical inspections, photogrammetry, and spatial analysis. He has been involved in the UAS industry since 2015. He completed postgraduate studies in “Applications of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in Solving Engineering Problems” at AGH University of Krakow. He holds UAS pilot and instructor qualifications.

Aleksander Burwiel
Member of The Board
Leads business development and international partnerships at SENSE Software, focusing on projects in artificial intelligence, computer vision, thermal imaging, unmanned systems, and dual-use technologies. He gained professional experience at PwC in strategy consulting and M&A advisory, as well as in the investment sector. His expertise includes market analysis, business strategy, business modelling, and the evaluation of technology ventures. He has contributed to securing funding for research and development initiatives and building cooperation with domestic and international partners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Roehampton (London) and completed an academic exchange program at the University of São Paulo.
